Regina I. Edwards is the Owner and Managing Attorney of Edwards Family Law. Ms. Edwards has been practicing law in Gwinnett County, Georgia since 2001.

Ms. Edwards attended Tulane University School of Law where she concentrated in family law courses.

Ms. Edwards has 20 years of complex family law litigation experience.  She is also appointed regularly as a guardian ad litem in all Atlanta Metro counties.

When Ms. Edwards is not passionately representing her clients, Ms. Edwards enjoys traveling to different countries. She has traveled to more than 35 countries.

She also enjoys reading, watching football, running, yoga, hiking and camping and spending time with family and friends.

***Obtained sole legal and physical custody for father because of parental alienation by mother.

***Obtained temporary custody in a divorce within weeks of filing the case for a father of his 5 year daughter due to the mother’s lack of co-parenting.

***Obtained custody for a father of his 8 year daughter due to alienation by the mother.

***Obtained custody for a father of his 7 year daughter due to the mother moving 4 hours away and not providing as stable an environment as the father.

***Represented a wife in a divorce where the husband was self employed and claimed he had no money for alimony or a property settlement. After meticulous review of thousands of bank documents and my detailed presentation to the court, she was awarded substantial alimony and over $350,000 in a property settlement.

***Obtained joint custody for a father of a 4 year old son.
